The Bahama Rectangular Extension Table makes the perfect addition to your patio or backyard. The unique built-in butterfly pop-up leaf enables you to open and close your table in less than 15 seconds. The leaf folds under for easy storage. This table stands 29' high and is 39? wide by 78' long and if fully extended can reach an opening of 118' long. The table can be extended with 1 leaf, seating 10 to 12 people comfortably. The table has a 2" umbrella hole in the center when the leaf opens; with brass plug included when not in use. This table set arrives with eight Sahara Dining Chair & two Armchairs with contoured seats and traditional curved back style to keep you supported comfortably. The style will never go out, but quietly blends with any decor. Built with authentic extra thick Grade-A quality teak unfinished and sanded smooth for a natural authentic feel. Quality that will last for generations.

- Inner cushion is made of foam with a Dacron wrap. Total thickness is 2"

Warranty
Anderson honors the Limited Warranty to the original retail purchaser, to be free from the manufacturing defects. Anderson will be responsible, within one year from the date of purchase, reasonable and customary labor rates to repair or replace the defective parts excluding shipping cost from the retailer to and from Anderson or a repair center appointed by the Customer Service Department of Anderson to the original purchaser. After one year from the date of purchaser, the customer will be responsible to packing, and all the shipping and transportation costs. A 1-Year Limited Warranty for Commercial use and a 2-Year Limited Warranty is given for residential use for the same products mentioned above. Please see below what is not covered on the warranty.
